We are seeking a Customer Service Executive (CSE) to engage with existing customers, drive subscription renewals, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills in Marathi and Hindi, along with a basic understanding of English.
Contact existing customers to remind and request subscription renewals/recharges.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance retention and satisfaction.
Ensure a positive customer experience through proactive communication.
Communicate effectively in Marathi and Hindi; basic understanding of English is required.
Minimum education: 12th Grade (HSC) pass.
Language proficiency: Fluency in Marathi and Hindi; basic understanding of English.
Previous customer service or tele-calling experience is a plus.
Preference for immediate joiners.
