• Respond to customer queries via email promptly and professionally.

• Conduct online UK-based surveys and collect client feedback.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and survey data.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth support operations.

✅ Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong written communication skills in English.

• Basic computer knowledge with good typing speed.

• Previous experience in email support or survey handling is an advantage (not mandatory).

🕒 Work Timings:

• Email Support:

  • 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM

  • 12:30 PM – 9:30 PM

• UK Survey Process: 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM (Home Drop Provided)

💰 Compensation & Benefits:

• Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on interview performance and experience).
