Designation – Customer Service Executive { Domestic / International }

• Qualification - MIN HSC

• Age limit – 19 upto 35

• Shift Time – 9.30 am to 6.30 pm

• Week Off – Rotational & Sunday Fixed

• Experience – Fresher / Experience both can apply

• Salary– 15k to 25k In-Hand & PF + Incentives

• ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Handle customer calls in a professional and efficient manner

• Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a problem-solving approach

• Maintain accQualification - MIN Graduation Age limit – 19 upto 26urate records of customer interactions and follow-ups

• Provide timely and relevant information to customers to resolve their issues

• Work collaboratively with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues

• Meet performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution rates

• Language – English / Hindi / Kannada / Tamil / Telugu / Malayalam

• Location - Thane / Dombivli / Airoli / Rabale / Ghansoli / Malad / Bhayandar
