Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, ensuring a smooth service experience, and building long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer inquiries via calls, messages, and walk-ins
• Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Follow up with customers for feedback and service updates
• Coordinate with internal teams for seamless service delivery
• Maintain accurate customer records and data
• Support sales and service teams in customer engagement activities
Eligibility Criteria
• Experience: 0 to 5 years
• Education: Graduation (any field)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge
Job Details
• Location: Bopal, Ahmedabad (Work from Office)
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Salary: Up to ₹2.4 LPA
