Job Title: BPO Tele caller

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused BPO Tele caller to handle inbound and outbound calls. The role involves addressing customer inquiries, providing product/service information, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and respond to inbound queries.

• Explain products/services clearly and effectively to customers.

• Generate leads, follow up, and convert them into sales when required.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and feedback.

• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call targets and performance goals.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

• Adhere to company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th pass/Graduate (any stream).

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, or regional languages.

• Basic computer knowledge and typing speed.

• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.

• Strong listening and problem-solving skills.

• Prior experience in BPO/tele calling preferred but not mandatory.
