We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for our Tamil Voice Process team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls in Tamil, providing accurate information, and resolving customer queries efficiently.

• Handle customer calls in Tamil professionally and politely.

• Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.

• Record and update customer information in the system accurately.

• Maintain call quality and meet daily call targets.

• Follow company procedures and communication guidelines.

• Work effectively as part of the team during the assigned shift.

  Required Skills:

  • Good verbal communication skills in Tamil (English knowledge is an added advantage).

  • Basic computer and typing skills.

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

  • Ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism.

  • Should be punctual and reliable.

  Education Qualification:

  • Minimum 12th Pass / Any Degree (Freshers are welcome)/ PG ( Also Welcome)
