We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Collections Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting customers to remind them of overdue payments, negotiating payment plans, and ensuring timely collection of outstanding dues while maintaining a professional and customer-centric approach.
Make outbound calls to customers with overdue accounts.
Follow up consistently on outstanding dues via calls, SMS, emails, or WhatsApp.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and payment status in the system.
Explain account status and payment options to customers in a clear and respectful manner.
Negotiate repayment plans in accordance with company policies.
Resolve customer queries or escalate them to the appropriate department if needed.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for collections.
Adhere to compliance, quality, and data privacy standards.
Education: Minimum 12th Pass; Graduation preferred.
Experience: 0–2 years in collections, telecalling, customer service, or a similar role (Freshers with good communication skills may apply).
Skills:
Strong verbal communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional Language].
Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
Basic computer literacy (MS Office, data entry, CRM tools).
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
