BPO Telecaller

We are looking for agents to join our team EVENTITY GLOBAL SOLUTION PVT LTD to handle customer calls, provide exceptional customer support and resolve queries related to Industry. The role offers an attractive in-hand salary of In Hand Salary and opportunities for growth.The job role requires a candidate with at least 6 months of US/UK calling experience, excluding the training period, with strong conversational skills background. The ideal candidate must demonstrate fluency in communication, excellent soft skills, and a proactive, logical approach to problem-solving. Proficiency in working with Excel and CRMs is essential. Responsibilities include managing client CRMs with live orders, ensuring all allocated orders are handled efficiently by following protocols, resolving issues in one call, and providing detailed notes for seamless follow-up by the next team. Candidates should be class 12 pass from any stream, possess excellent English communication skills with proper grammar, and have prior experience in customer service, preferably in the USA market. The role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and a soft-spoken demeanor as it involves handling sensitive accounts. The position mandates working night shifts and does not require additional certifications.
