Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain insurance products.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable policies.

Achieve daily/monthly sales targets and generate conversions.

Follow up with interested customers and complete the sales process.

Assist customers with policy documentation and application details.

Maintain regular follow-ups and update customer information in the CRM.

Handle customer queries professionally and provide basic product information.

Upsell/cross-sell relevant insurance products when appropriate.
