BPO Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers to conduct feedback surveys.

• Explain the purpose of the survey and encourage customers to share their honest feedback.

• Record responses accurately in the system or on the survey platform.

• Ensure calls are handled politely, professionally, and in a customer-friendly manner.

• Address basic queries from customers regarding products or services (if required).

• Report daily progress and provide insights from customer feedback to the team lead/manager.

• Maintain a high level of call quality and adhere to scripts and guidelines.

• Meet daily/weekly call and survey completion targets.

  • Good communication skills in Hindi/Marathi.

  • Active listening and ability to probe for detailed feedback.

  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).

  • Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet targets.

  • Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.

• Excellent telephone etiquette.

• Empathy and patience while interacting with customers.
