Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic BPO Voice Process Executive to join our

Altruist Technologies team. If you are a graduate with excellent spoken English skills, and eager to start or grow your career in the BPO industry, we’d love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally

• Provide accurate information and support for customer queries

• Maintain quality in every interaction and ensure customer satisfaction

• Log customer details and resolutions accurately in the CRM system

• Follow up on pending issues and escalate when required

• Achieve performance targets including call quality and attendance

Language Requirements:

• Fluent spoken English – Mandatory

• Additional Knowledge of Hindi, Tamil, Telugu or Kannada – (any one)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate (any stream) – Mandatory

• Experience: 0 to 6 months (Freshers welcome)

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and listening skills

• Basic computer and typing proficiency

Work Schedule:

• Working Days: 5 days a week

• Week Offs: 2 rotational offs

• Shifts: General shift

• Job Type: Full-time, Work from Office
