Job Overview:

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for a non-voice Email & Chat Support role. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries efficiently through written communication, ensuring a seamless support experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and chat platforms.

• Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer concerns and determining the best solution.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Candidate Requirements:

• Good written communication skills in English.

• Typing speed of at least 25–30 WPM with accuracy.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with email/chat tools.

• Freshers or candidates with prior BPO/non-voice experience are welcome.

• Must be available for same-day joining.
