Job Summary:
We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Support Executive for our Non-Voice Process team. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries through chat, email, or support tickets, provide timely resolutions, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and ticketing systems.
Resolve customer issues accurately and within the defined turnaround time.
Maintain a professional, courteous, and empathetic communication style.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt issue resolution.
Required Qualifications:
PUC or Any Graduation.
Written communication and typing skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
