We are hiring for BPO Operation Manager

CTC - 20000 upto depend on your experience and Salary

Location - Kolkata (Gariahat)

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Operations Management: Supervise daily service delivery and ensure smooth, efficient operations. 

• Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage BPO staff, conducting performance reviews and setting quality standards. 

• Performance Monitoring: Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), analyze performance data, and implement process improvements. 

• Budget & Financials: Manage budgets, forecast expenses, and control costs to improve profitability. 

• Client Relations: Coordinate with clients, understand their needs, and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction and achieve service-level agreements (SLAs). 

• Process Optimization: Identify and implement operational efficiencies, best practices, and new systems to enhance service quality. 

• Problem-Solving: Handle escalations and resolve complex issues in a fast-paced environment.

  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve objectives. 

  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for client and staff interaction. 

  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis to monitor performance and make informed decisions. 

  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve issues effectively. 

  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with BPO software, CRM systems, and dialers. 

  • Organizational Skills: Excellent planning, scheduling, and task management abilities.
