Banking Process

We are looking for a Banking Process to join our team at Teleperformance Global Services Private Limited. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to BPO. The role offers ₹16,000 - ₹20,000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls in a professional and efficient manner

• Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a problem-solving approach

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups

• Provide timely and relevant information to customers to resolve their issues

• Work collaboratively with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues

• Meet performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution rates

Job Requirements:

Banking Process – 150+ Openings (Freshers Eligible)

Location: Hebbal

Education: Undergraduate / Graduate

Experience: Freshers can apply

Working Days: 6 days (1 rotational week off)

Shift Timings:

Female Candidates: Between 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Any 9 hours)

Male Candidates: Between 6:00 AM – 12:00 AM (Any 9 hours)

Salary Details:

₹20,000 CTC

₹16,000 Take Home

Shift Allowance: ₹1,200 (Paid once every 3 months)
