Banking Process – (Freshers Eligible)

Location: Hebbal

Education: Undergraduate / Graduate

Experience: Freshers can apply

Working Days: 6 days (1 rotational week off)

Versant Level Required: 4

Shift Timings:

• Female Candidates: Between 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Any 9 hours)

• Male Candidates: Between 6:00 AM – 12:00 AM (Any 9 hours)

Language Requirement:

• Tamil

• Malayalam

• Telugu

• Kannada

Salary Details:

• ₹20,000 CTC

• ₹16,000 Take Home

• Shift Allowance: ₹1,200 (Paid once every 3 months)

Additional Benefits (Outstation Candidates):

• One-way transportation

• 14 days accommodation support

Malayalam Language Candidates:

• ₹20,000 CTC

• ₹16,000 Take Home

• Language Allowance: ₹1,800

• Shift Allowance: ₹1,200 (Paid once every 3 months)

  • Handle customer queries related to banking services

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls professionally

  • Provide accurate information about accounts, transactions, and services

  • Resolve customer issues and escalate when required

  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions in the system

  • Follow company guidelines and compliance policies

  • Achieve daily/weekly performance targets
