Job Description

Hiring: Banking Process Associate

Company: Teleperformance Global Services Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Hebbal, Bangalore (Work from Office)

Openings: 15+

Experience: Freshers

Salary: ₹20,000 CTC | ₹16,000 Take Home

Joining: Immediate

Eligibility:

• Graduate/12th pass

• Languages: Tamil / Malayalam / Telugu / Kannada

Shift Details:

• 6 Days Working | 1 Rotational Off

• Female: 6 AM – 3 PM

• Male: 6 AM – 12 AM (Any 9 hrs)

Benefits:

• Shift Allowance: ₹1,200 (Quarterly)

• Malayalam Language Allowance: ₹1,800

Role:

- Handle customer queries through email, phone, or chat.

- Detect and report discrepancies or suspicious transactions.

- Maintain records and prepare reports.

- Assisting with account-related requests such as balance inquiries, account updates, and transaction status.
