Job Description

Client - MONEYVIEW

Process - VOICE, NON VOICE, BLENDED

• Languages: Excellent communication in English only.

• Experience: A Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in Customer Support from an NBFC, Banking, or Fintech background is Mandatory.

Any candidate with sales experience is not considered.

• Budget: Customer Support Executive : 3-5 LPA

Sr Customer Support Executive: 5 - 6 LPA ( Off Role )

• Benefit : PF + ESIC + 3L Medical Insurance for the employee

• Shift Timing : 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (any 9-hour shift). Sunday will be a fixed week off.
Candidates must be flexible to work rotational shifts if required.

• Venue: Moneyview Limited, 4th Floor, Novel Tech Park, Kudlu Gate, Bangalore
