Job Role:

• Handle back-office banking operations (non-voice)

• Process customer applications, requests & documentation

• Perform data entry, verification & record management

• Ensure accuracy and adherence to banking compliance

• Coordinate with internal teams for query resolution

• Maintain service quality and meet process timelines

Requirements:

✔ HSC / Graduate
✔ Experience in banking back office preferred (not mandatory)
✔ Strong typing speed & attention to detail
✔ Basic banking knowledge is an added advantage
✔ Comfortable with rotational shifts
✔ Good analytical & documentation skills
