Job Description

We are looking for a Digial Asset Co ordinator to join our team at Storeworks Private Limited. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to digital asset across region. The role offers ₹15,000 - ₹30,000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.

Job Location : Waghle Estate, Thane, preference to candidate live locally or having own transport

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle calls in a professional and efficient manner

  • Address queries, concerns, and complaints with a problem-solving approach

  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups.

  • Provide timely and relevant information to resolve issues.

  • Work collaboratively with teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

  • Meet performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution rates

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 5 years of experience. You will be responsible for resolving complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.

  • Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week during the Day shift (9:30 AM to 6:30 PM).

  • Candidate MUST be confident & Bold while interacting with team and stores.

  • This job may involve occassional travelling.

  • Requires immediate joiners (less than 15 Days notice)
