Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Handling
• Attend incoming customer calls and inquiries.
• Provide information about vehicles, offers, and dealership services.
2. Lead Management
• Receive and record leads from walk-ins, phone calls, websites, and campaigns.
• Assign leads to the sales team and track the status.
3. Customer Follow-ups
• Conduct follow-up calls for enquiries, test drives, bookings, and deliveries.
• Maintain regular contact with prospective customers.
4. CRM Data Management
• Update customer information in the CRM system.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, enquiries, and feedback.
5. Customer Satisfaction
• Call customers after vehicle delivery or service to collect feedback.
• Handle complaints and coordinate with concerned departments for resolution.
6. Appointment Coordination
• Schedule test drives and service appointments.
• Coordinate with sales consultants and service advisors.
7. Campaign Support
• Inform customers about promotional offers, exchange programs, and special events.
8. Reports
• Prepare daily / weekly reports on leads, follow-ups, and customer feedback.
