Job Description

📢 Hiring: BPO Team Leader – Ghaziabad (Onsite)
📍 Location: Ghaziabad
💰 Salary: ₹27,000 – ₹30,000
🕑 Shift: Day Shift
👥 Immediate Joiners Preferred

We are looking for an experienced BPO Team Leader for a voice process under Socially India Included Foundation.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of calling executives
Monitor KPIs like AHT, Quality, Attendance
Conduct coaching & performance reviews
Handle customer escalations
Maintain process compliance
Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports

🔹 Requirements:
1–2 years as Team Leader / Acting TL / Senior Agent
Strong communication & leadership skills
Good Excel skills
Experience in domestic BPO preferred
