ATM Cash Loader

The ATM Cash Loading Operator is responsible for ensuring the timely and secure replenishment of cash in Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) across designated locations. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to security protocols, and the ability to work independently and efficiently. The operator ensures that ATMs are always stocked with the required cash to meet customer demand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport cash to ATM locations as per scheduled replenishment timings.

• Load and unload cash in compliance with security and operational procedures.

• Ensure the integrity of cash by conducting inventory checks and documenting discrepancies.

• Monitor and report ATM status, including malfunctions, low cash alerts, and security issues.

• Coordinate with the technical team to address any issues related to the ATM hardware.

• Follow all regulatory guidelines related to cash handling and security.

• Maintain accurate records of cash movements and deliveries.
