Job Description

1. Educational Qualification

• Minimum: 10th pass .

2. Gender -Male / Female candidates can apply .

3. Basic required Skills

• Basic computer knowledge .

• Basic knowledge of Math’s and counting cash .

4. Experience (Preferred but not mandatory)

• Prior experience in ATM operation and cash refilling .

5. Required Background

• No history of Fraud or Misconduct or any kind of Criminal records

6. Communication Skills

• Basic communication (Bengali/Hindi).

7. Job Responsibility and Working hours

• Need to refill cash in multiple ATM of the banks

• .Need to travel in ATM sites through company vehicle

• Need to work for minimum 9 hours or above if required

• Availability during weekends/holidays as per the service requirement

8. Reliability & Discipline

• Punctuality.

• Consistent in performance.

• Accountability for assigned ATMs.

9. Salary and Compensation for the Job Location - South Kolkata ( kasba)

Experience Candidates(Having UAN nos)-

will be considered in CSS payroll ,Monthly Net in hand salary – Rs 10250

Additional OT or Incentive for ATM cash loading, as applicable

Benefits of PF/ESIC/GRATUITY/BONUS are also applicable for the experienced

candidates

Fresher Candidates(Under NAPS) -

will be considered in NAPS payroll, with Monthly In Hand Salary 12500/-

• Additional OT or Incentive for ATM cash loading, as applicable

• No PF& ESIC applicable for 1 year Apprenticeship Period

• Its an Emergency industry , so the candidates have to work 10-12 hours
