#### Role Summary
The ATM Custodian is responsible for the day-to-day management, maintenance, cash handling, and security of ATM machines at assigned locations. The goal is to ensure 100% uptime, cash availability, and a safe customer experience.
#### Key Responsibilities
- Cash Management: Load/unload cash in ATMs, maintain cash balance records, and handle cash reconciliation as per RBI/bank guidelines.
- ATM Operations: Monitor ATM health, ensure it is functioning properly, and report technical faults to the service team.
- Maintenance & Upkeep: Keep the ATM cabin clean, ensure proper lighting, CCTV, AC, and signage are working.
- Security: Follow all cash transit and ATM security protocols. Coordinate with security guards and surveillance teams.
- Customer Support: Assist customers inside the ATM lobby, guide them on usage, and ensure a safe environment.
- Reporting: Maintain daily logs for cash loading, downtime, complaints, and submit reports to the branch/operations team.
- Compliance: Adhere to RBI, bank, and company SOPs for cash handling, KYC, and ATM operations.
#### Requirements
- Education: 12th Pass minimum. Graduation preferred.
- Experience: 0-2 years. Prior experience in banking, ATM operations, or cash handling is an advantage.
