Job Overview:

As An Assistant Centre Manager, you'll ensure smooth operations of our children's play center, managing staff, maintaining safety standards, and providing an engaging customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations and manage the support team

Handle parent inquiries, walk-ins, and bookings Maintain hygiene, safety protocols, and quality service

Coordinate workshops, activities, and party bookings Train and motivate on-ground staff to provide friendly, efficient service

Maintain reports on inventory, staff attendance, and customer feedback

Collaborate with sales strategist to support campaigns and events

Requirements:

Energetic personality with a passion for children Operational or hospitality management experience Excellent people skills and team leadership Able to handle fast-paced, kid-centric environments Basic understanding of Google Sheets/Docs, scheduling tools
