The EV Operations Manager will oversee and streamline operations from the Head Office, ensuring smooth coordination between manufacturing units, franchise partners, and sales teams. This role requires daily monitoring of factory inputs, franchise performance, and sales reports to drive operational efficiency, compliance, and strategic growth in the electric vehicle sector.
Key Responsibilities
🔧 Operations Oversight
· Review daily inputs from factories on production schedules, quality metrics, and supply chain status.
· Monitor franchise operations, ensuring adherence to brand standards, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
· Analyze sales reports to align production and distribution with market demand.
· Ensure timely dispatches and delivery of EV units and components.
Reporting & Analysis
· Consolidate factory, franchise, and sales data into actionable insights for senior management.
· Track KPIs such as production efficiency, franchise performance, and sales conversion rates.
· Prepare weekly/monthly dashboards for leadership review.
Coordination & Communication
· Act as the central point of contact between Head Office, factory teams, franchise partners, and sales departments.
· Resolve operational bottlenecks by facilitating cross-functional collaboration.
· Communicate policy updates, compliance requirements, and strategic directives to stakeholders.
EV Industry-Specific Focus
· Ensure compliance with EV safety standards, government regulations, and sustainability practices.
· Support initiatives related to battery management, charging infrastructure, and eco-friendly operations.
· Drive innovation in operational processes to meet evolving EV market demands.
Leadership & Team Support
· Guide and support regional operations executives and coordinators.
· Conduct training sessions for franchise and sales teams on operational best practices.
· Foster a culture of accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Skills
· Graduate/Postgraduate in Operations, Supply Chain, or Automotive Engineering (preferred).
· 10–15 years of experience in operations management, with exposure to automotive or EV industry.
· Strong knowledge of EV production processes, franchise management, and sales operations.
· Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and data analytics tools.
· Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
