Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Operations with strong knowledge of manpower management, recruitment, operations, accounts coordination, and labor law compliance. The candidate will manage end-to-end operations and finance of a manpower company, supervise teams, coordinate with clients, and support business performance through data-driven reporting and operational leadership.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage 360-degree operations of a manpower/staffing company.
2. Handle recruitment planning, candidate screening, and finalizing hiring processes.
3. Supervise multiple departments including recruitment, operations, and accounts.
4. Monitor daily operations and workforce management.
5. Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.
6. Prepare MIS reports, performance reports, and operational dashboards.
7. Support management with strategic execution and operational planning.
8. Maintain client relationships and stakeholder coordination.
9. Ensure cross-functional coordination between departments.
10. Take ownership of decisions and operational accountability.
11. Must have own Vehicle so that meeting with clients is easy when required
11. Track team performance and productivity metrics.
12. Provide managerial support to senior management.
