Full Time
Prepare and maintain studio spaces, sets, and props before and after shoots
Ensure all equipment (lighting, cameras, backdrops, modifiers, etc.) is organized, functional, and safely stored
Assist with lighting setup, test shots, and exposure adjustments under photographer direction
Help with staging, styling, and coordinating shoot materials
Assist with model or client management (greeting, guiding, prepping)
Track shot lists and maintain production flow during sessions
Keep the studio environment clean, professional, and production-ready
Manage inventory of studio equipment and supplies
Set up tethering stations, workstations, and basic tech troubleshooting
Handle file transfers, image backups, and naming conventions according to workflows
