• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls efficiently and courteously

• Resolve client queries and concerns related to investments, insurance, and financial products

• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up logs

• Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary

• Achieve daily and monthly targets for customer satisfaction and service quality

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate

• Experience: 1–2 Years preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
