Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students and parents regarding academic programs, eligibility, fees, and admission procedures
Handle inbound and outbound calls, walk-ins, and online enquiries
Provide accurate information about courses, career prospects, and campus facilities
Follow up with interested candidates to convert enquiries into admissions
Assist students with application forms, documentation, and admission formalities
Maintain daily records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions
Achieve monthly admission targets as assigned
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth admission processes
