Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Academic Counsellor & Trainer to handle student and parent counselling, enquiries, lead follow-ups and admission conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel parents and students regarding courses and educational programs.
- Handle enquiries and follow up with prospective students.
- Convert enquiries into admissions through effective counselling.
- Maintain positive relationships with parents and students.
- Represent the institute during school visits, teacher meetings and parent meetings.
- Support training sessions and other assigned academic activities.
- Manage assigned tasks and responsibilities effectively.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in counselling, training or education-related work.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong parent and student handling ability.
- Good lead follow-up and admission conversion skills.
- Sales and marketing orientation.
- Confident in attending school and parent meetings.
- Excellent child-handling skills.
- Professional teamwork and presentation skills.
Preference: Female candidates preferred.
