The Chef de Partie – Tandoor is responsible for the preparation, cooking, and presentation of authentic Indian tandoor dishes while maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and kitchen efficiency.
Prepare and cook all tandoor items including kebabs, breads, and grills as per standard recipes.
Ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation of all dishes.
Manage and control the tandoor section during service hours.
Monitor mise-en-place and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the tandoor area as per FSSAI standards.
