🎓 Qualification:
Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management (HM / IHM / AIHM or equivalent)
Good knowledge of Indian and multi-cuisine cooking
🧑🍳 Experience:
0 to 2 years in a Hotel / Resort / Banquet kitchen
📝 Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day kitchen operations
Supervise commis and kitchen staff
Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation
Maintain hygiene and follow FSSAI standards
💰 Salary:
₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)
