We operate via a scalable base kitchen + kiosk model across corporate parks, hospitals, malls, and airports. We are looking for an energetic, customer-friendly and responsible Female Kiosk Manager to manage front-end guest service, supervise kiosk staff, and ensure smooth day-to-day kiosk operations. Important Note Before Applying This is NOT a waiter/steward role. We need candidates who are comfortable handling: ● Customer interaction ● POS billing ● Payment collection ● Order punching ● Queue/rush management ● Front counter service ● Team supervision ● Kiosk operations management Role Overview The selected candidate will manage the front counter of the kiosk, ensure a premium customer experience from order taking to order handover, and supervise kiosk staff for smooth daily functioning. The role requires both customer-facing ownership and operational oversight of the kiosk team. Key Responsibilities 1. Customer Service ● Welcome customers professionally and maintain positive attitude ● Explain menu and make recommendations ● Resolve customer queries confidently ● Maintain premium hospitality standards 2. Billing / POS Operations ● Punch orders accurately into POS software ● Select categories/items/quantity correctly ● Collect customer phone number/WA details ● Process payments via UPI/Cash/Card/Coupon ● Generate KOT and bills 3. Team / Staff Management ● Supervise kiosk prep and service staff during daily operations ● Allocate responsibilities during shift/rush hours ● Ensure discipline, punctuality, and grooming of kiosk team ● Coordinate between cashier and prep staff for smooth service 4. Order Coordination ● Coordinate with prep staff for smooth order preparation ● Manage queue/order sequence efficiently ● Inform customers of expected wait times ● Ensure timely order handover and customer satisfaction 5. Front Counter / Kiosk Maintenance ● Maintain cleanliness of POS counter and front kiosk area ● Ensure packaging supplies available at all times ● Keep trays, tissues, spoons, dip bowls stocked ● Ensure kiosk remains presentable and customer-ready at all times 6.
