Department : Production
Key Responsibilities :
. prepare and cook continental dishes as per standard recipes and company guidelines.
. Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet company standards.
. Maintain hygiene and food safety standards as per FSSAI guidelines.
.monitor stock levels and report shortage to the sous chef/CDP
.Ensure proper storage of ingredients and cooked food.
.minimize food wastage of ingredients and follow portion control standards.
. Assist in training junior kitchen staff and COMMI 2/3 when required
.Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and kitchen areas.
. Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely order preparation and dispatch.
Requirements :
. 2 to 5 years of experience in continental cuisine.
. Experience in a cloud kitchen, restaurant ,hotel , or QSR preferred.
.Knowledge or experience of continental food.
. Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
. Ability to work in rotational shifts.
.Team player with good communications skills.
