Job Responsibilities:
Prepare authentic South Indian dishes with strong expertise in masala dosa making
Prepare dosa batter, aloo masala, chutneys, sambar, and other accompaniments
Ensure consistent taste, texture, and presentation of dosas and tiffin items
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards in the kitchen
Manage daily kitchen operations including prep, cooking, and cleaning
Handle ingredients efficiently and minimize food wastage
Biriyani making
Key Skills & Requirements:
Expert in masala dosa, plain dosa, set dosa, idli, vada, uttapam
Knowledge of South Indian spices and traditional cooking methods
Ability to prepare fresh batter and masalas independently
Good time management and ability to work under pressure
Physically fit and punctual
Immediate joiners preferred
