The ideal candidate will be passionate about food, skilled in culinary techniques, and able to manage a team to deliver exceptional dishes consistently. You will be responsible for menu creation, food preparation, kitchen hygiene, and ensuring high-quality culinary standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and develop creative, seasonal, and cost-effective menus.

• Oversee daily food preparation and ensure consistency and quality.

• Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.

• Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food costs.

• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen at all times.

• Work with management to accommodate special dietary requests and event-specific menus.

• Stay current on industry trends and introduce new ideas to keep offerings fresh.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role.

• Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts is preferred.

• Deep understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
