Create and produce a variety of sweets and confections—traditional mithai, candies, fusion desserts—by measuring, mixing, and cooking ingredients accurately .
Maintain high standards of taste, texture, appearance, and quality through consistent recipe execution
Innovate and develop new sweet products to complement Samosa Singh’s evolving menu .
Ensure all work areas and equipment are clean, sanitized, and meet food safety guidelines
Package, label, and store finished products properly for distribution.
Proven experience in making sweets, confections, or desserts in a commercial or artisanal kitchen setting
Understanding of ingredients, recipe formulation, and food safety practices
Strong attention to detail and consistency in flavor and presentation.
Creativity to craft appealing sweets that reflect Samosa Singh’s brand of innovative, flavourful snacks
Physical stamina for standing, lifting ingredients, and managing production equipment.
Good teamwork and communication skills for collaborating with kitchen and operations teams.
