We are seeking a talented, creative, and experienced Chef to oversee kitchen operations and ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality dishes. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, organized, and able to lead a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high culinary standards and safety protocols.
Plan and execute daily menus in coordination with management and kitchen staff
Supervise and coordinate activities of kitchen personnel to ensure proper preparation, cooking, and presentation of meals
Maintain food quality and consistency, including taste, portion size, and visual appeal
Order and inspect ingredients for quality and freshness
Monitor inventory levels and control food costs and waste
Enforce strict health, hygiene, and safety standards
Train, mentor, and evaluate kitchen staff performance
Stay updated on culinary trends and introduce new dishes periodically
Work with restaurant management to design seasonal menus or special offerings
Proven experience as a Chef or Sous Chef in a similar environment
Culinary degree or professional certification preferred
Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques
Excellent leadership, communication, and time management skills
Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail
