• Order Accuracy: Zero-error KOT punching and prompt delivery of food items from kitchen to table.

• Table Turnaround: Swift clearing and resetting of tables to maximize seating capacity during peak rushes.

• Customer Feedback: Address minor guest grievances immediately and escalate service issues constructively to management.
