Key Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and answer menu or ingredient questions
Take orders accurately, noting customizations and dietary needs
Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages to company standards
Serve food items like pastries, cookies, and sandwiches
Process cash and card payments safely using the POS system
Clean and sanitize counters, equipment, and seating areas
Restock ingredients, cups, lids, and retail merchandise
Follow all health, safety, and hygiene guidelines

Skills and Qualifications

Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
Basic math and cash-handling skills
Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
