Pizza Maker

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare dough, sauces, toppings, and pasta ingredients according to standard recipes.

• Cook pizzas and pasta dishes to order, ensuring taste, presentation, and portion sizes meet company standards.

• Operate and maintain pizza ovens, pasta cookers, and other kitchen equipment.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work area in compliance with food safety regulations.

• Follow FIFO (First In First Out) for all ingredients to ensure freshness.

• Monitor stock levels of ingredients and report shortages to the supervisor.

• Assist in menu updates, trials, and special promotions.

• Ensure proper food handling, storage, and waste management.

• Work as part of the kitchen team to meet order timelines during peak hours.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 10th / 12th Pass; Diploma in Culinary Arts preferred.

• 1–2 years of experience in pizza or pasta preparation (freshers with training may be considered).

• Knowledge of pizza dough making, pasta cooking, and sauce preparation.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for long hours.

• Comfortable working in a hot kitchen environment.

• Capable of lifting moderate weights (up to 15 kg).
