Food Preparation & Cooking
Prepare dough, sauces, toppings, and pasta ingredients according to recipes.
Cook pizzas and pasta dishes using ovens, stoves, and other kitchen equipment.
Ensure all dishes meet company quality, taste, and presentation standards.
Hygiene & Safety
Maintain cleanliness of work area, equipment, and utensils at all times.
Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines (FSSAI standards).
Ensure proper storage and labeling of ingredients.
Inventory & Stock Control
Monitor stock levels for pizza and pasta ingredients.
Assist in receiving and checking deliveries.
Avoid wastage through proper portion control.
Teamwork & Communication
Coordinate with kitchen staff to manage order timings.
Communicate any shortages or quality concerns to the supervisor.
Support other kitchen sections as required.
Education: Minimum 10th pass; Culinary/Diploma preferred.
Experience: 1–2 years in pizza/pasta making (QSR or restaurant). Freshers with training can be considered.
Skills:
Knowledge of pizza dough making, pasta cooking, and sauce preparation.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of food safety & hygiene.
