Location: Whitefield, Bangalore.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pizzaiolo to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in preparing authentic pizzas, maintaining quality standards, and working efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas (Neapolitan, thin crust, etc.) as per recipes and standards
Make fresh pizza dough, sauces, and toppings from scratch
Operate pizza ovens (wood-fired, gas, or electric) efficiently
Ensure proper portioning, presentation, and consistency of all dishes
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen
Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Pizzaiolo or Pizza Chef
Knowledge of different pizza styles and baking techniques
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and quality
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
Team player with good communication skills
