Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and present pizzas and pasta dishes according to the restaurant’s recipes and quality standards.

• Make fresh pizza dough and pasta (handmade or machine-made) daily.

• Prepare sauces, toppings, and ingredients in advance, ensuring freshness and proper storage.

• Operate and maintain pizza ovens, pasta machines, and other kitchen equipment safely.

• Ensure proper hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards (as per FSSAI guidelines).

• Maintain inventory levels of ingredients and report shortages to the kitchen supervisor.

• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation during peak hours.

• Experiment with new recipes or variations to enhance the menu offerings.

• Follow portion control guidelines to minimize wastage.

• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and kitchen SOPs.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine, especially pizza and pasta varieties.

• Hands-on experience in dough making, sauce preparation, and cooking techniques.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
