Key Responsibilities
Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings from scratch.
Stretch, assemble, and bake pizzas according to restaurant standards.
Monitor oven temperatures and cooking times.
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and workstations.
Manage inventory and inform management about stock requirements.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
Assist in developing new pizza recipes and menu items.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery.
Handle customer special requests and dietary requirements when needed.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Pizza Chef, Pizza Maker, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of dough fermentation, pizza preparation, and baking techniques.
Experience using deck, conveyor, stone, or wood-fired ovens.
Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.
Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen environment.
