Job Description

We are looking for a friendly and energetic Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming café environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards

• Take customer orders accurately and handle payments (cash/POS)

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workspace and equipment

• Ensure proper presentation of food and beverages

• Assist customers with menu selection and recommendations

• Restock supplies and manage inventory levels

• Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

• Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally

Requirements

• Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role preferred

• Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Team player with a positive attitude

• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
