Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Line Cook – Continental to join the Chili’s kitchen team in Mohali. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Continental cuisine, strong knowledge of kitchen operations, and the ability to maintain brand standards and food quality consistently.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook Continental dishes as per Chili’s brand recipes and standards
Ensure food quality, taste, portion control, and presentation are maintained at all times
Handle assigned kitchen stations efficiently during service hours
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards as per FSSAI guidelines
Assist in daily food prep, mise en place, and inventory management
Coordinate with senior chefs and kitchen team for smooth operations
Minimize food wastage and follow proper storage practices
Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation standards in the kitchen
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Line Cook or similar role
Strong knowledge of Continental cuisine
Experience working in branded restaurants or casual dining chains preferred
Good understanding of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
Team player with good communication skills
Preferred Requirements
Experience with international or American casual dining brands (preferred)
Knowledge of basic inventory and food costing
Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
