We are looking for a Kitchen Staff to join our team at Swish and prepare delicious meals for the guests. Key responsibility includes preparing and delivering high-quality dishes, setting up the menu, and delegating tasks to kitchen staff (If needed). The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹ 18,000 - ₹ 20,000.
Key Responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities:
Receive and check customer orders in the kitchen.
Identify the required food items according to the order.
Food items will be available in semi-cooked / pre-prepared condition.
Reheat the food items properly as per the order requirements.
Check the food quality, quantity, and presentation before packing.
Pack the food properly in a hygienic and secure manner.
Ensure the order is packed correctly to avoid spills or damage during delivery.
Hand over the packed order to the Delivery Partner / Delivery Boy.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and work area.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
Ensure orders are prepared and handed over on time.
Work Process:
Order Received → Check Item → Reheat Food → Quality Check → Proper Packing → Handover to Delivery Partner
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0 - 0.5 years of experience. Familiarity with cooking techniques (advance & non-traditional), recipes, and sanitation regulations are ideal for the position. The role requires excellent time management and leadership skills. A culinary school diploma or certification in a similar field is a plus.
